When a real estate transaction is completed, Endpoint will disburse final funds, or send money, to all parties who are owed money. Disbursement is the process of distributing those final funds to all applicable parties in the transaction.
Sellers will receive final payments via their selected payment method, including a wire transfer or a mailed check. Most funds will be sent out the same day, however, checks and wires sent after 3pm your local time will go out first thing the following morning due to bank regulations.
Buyers typically do not receive funds at the end of the transaction, unless they are owed a refund. In that case, the buyer can expect to receive their final funds in the mail.
